Sino-Russian Agricultural Products Trade Complementary Research

Nowadays,China and Russia have corresponding exchanges and cooperation in energy,aviation,infrastructure and other fields,including in the agricultural products trade between the two countries.Because of the good quality and high purity,the agricultural products produced in Russia have high consumption demand in the Chinese market.However,due to the limitations of Russian production capacity,it is unable to effectively meet consumer demand.In addition,factors such as government laws and customs barriers have also brought challenges to the development of agricultural products trade and cooperation between China and Russia.Today Chinese market has a high demand for better quality original ecological products and Russian producers can provide Chinese consumers with high-quality products at a lower price than European countries.Under such a trade background,China and Russia profits can be made from complementary agricultural products trade.Therefore,the development of China-Russia agricultural products trade is a subject worth studying.First this dissertationreviews the relevant researches and theories of Sino-Russian agricultural products trade.Then analyzes the current situation of China's and Russia's agriculture,agricultural products industry and agricultural products foreign trade,quantitatively analyzes the relationship between agricultural products production structure and agricultural growth,and qualitatively analyzes China and The intrinsic characteristics of the agricultural products industry structure in Russia.Using the competitiveness index,the complementarity index and the potential index,according to the relevant data from 1992 to 2017,it is concluded that China and Russia's agricultural products trade cooperation is profitable.This dissertation analyzes the problems existing in the development of Sino-Russian grain trade,that is,the difficulty of Chinese enteiprises acquiring loans in Russia and the high interest rates,the restrictions on the use of funds by Chinese enterprises,the poor investment environment,agricultural products security issues and the gap between China and Russia in terms of product quality requirements,the shortage of Russian logistics development and the aging of equipment and technology used in the production of agricultural products in Russia.Finally,this dissertation adopts the experience of international agriculture and agricultural products cooperation to propose countermeasures,namely,improving the agricultural products trade conditions between China and Russia,improving non-tariff barriers,creating good Sino-Russian agricultural products cooperation conditions,and strengthening Sino-Russian agricultural products trade cooperation,the use of in Siberia'sland for agricultural production,the use China's initiative"Belt and Road" to improve the transportation and logistics infrastructure and strengthen investment cooperation in the agricultural products sector between China and Russia.
