Study On The Question Of Sino-Russian Agricultural Products Trade

Russia's vast territory, abundant natural resources, industrial base and strong science and technology, educational level and the higher the quality of our people, and China's resource endowments and industrial structure to form the pattern of complementarity. Russia is the world's largest countries with economies in transition, a huge potential market is increasingly becoming the world, especially Western countries, multinational corporations competing for attention and the emerging markets. China and Russia are each other's good neighbors, but also the world's major powers, the development of bilateral trade, with many favorable conditions. China and Russia have a common border of more than 4300km, and convenient transportation conditions, the geography superiority is prominent good. Sino-Russian relations in recent years, become increasingly active economic and trade cooperation, further expansion of agricultural products for China's exports to Russia to create a favorable external environment. At the same time, both China and Russia are recognized "the fastest-growing economies" in the world, China and Russia will continue to maintain economic growth, economic development has created two huge markets full of vitality, will provide a broad market prospects for goods, resources, technology and capital of the two countries to enter the other side, economic and trade relations between China and Russia are facing an unprecedented opportunity for development. At present, Russia is actively applied to join the WTO, the Russian policy of the law will be in line with international standards step by step, this will certainly be conducive to China's expanding exports of agricultural products to Russia, for China's exports of agricultural products to provide a broader market. Russia, as China's largest neighbor, China's exports of agricultural products in Europe's second-largest market, it is necessary to develop the Russian market, agricultural trade between the two countries to grow in size and strength, it is necessary to carefully study the Russian and comprehensive understanding of Russia. At present, in the level of economic development, cultural traditions ,agricultural resources, market conditions and other conditions there is a large gap between the economic and trade exchanges between the two countries which some issues can not be ignored, presented the challenge to the both countries trade's thorough development. So we should seize the opportunity to fully tap the two countries and make efforts to resolve the current agricultural trade problems, to strengthen cooperation and exchanges and promote bilateral economic and trade relations developed sustained and steady, push trade operations in the two countries to a new height.The paper take the question of the Sino-Russian agricultural product trade as the object of study, analyzed thoroughly the basic present situation and question in the Sino-Russian agricultural product trade, and proposes the corresponding countermeasure. T he full text of the main structure is divided into six chapters, the first chapter of the main topics of this article is about the background and significance, about the aims and methods, and the Sino-Russian trade in agricultural products both at home and abroad on research. Chapter II focuses on the two basic conditions of agricultural trade. Chapter III of this thesis is on the basis of profiles of the Sino-Russian trade in agricultural products in front,use the SWOT analysis, from four areas of the opportunity, threats, strengths, weaknesses to analyze agricultural trade between the two countries, the fourth chapter of agricultural trade between the two countries from three aspects that the relative trade advantage, export similarity and complementarity to analyze quantitatively . In chapter V , for the analysis of the previous two chapters , present problems existing in the trade of agricultural products in the course of two countries. In chapter VI, targeting at the issues raised in Chapter V ,from the government macroscopic level and the microscopic management main body level proposed corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion that our country further develop agricultural product export trade to the Russia . I hope this study can be used as an reference information for the development of trade in agricultural products.
