Research On The Post-investment Risk Management Mechanism Of Strategic Emerging Industry Funds

To develop strategic emerging industries is an important strategic step for China to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading,accelerate the distribution of global industrial chains,and move from a big traditional manufacturing country to a strong manufacturing country.Domestic strategic emerging industries will continue to grow at a relatively fast pace some time in the future,and investment projects in strategic emerging industries will emerge in all regions of the country.The development of strategic emerging industries has always been inseparable from the support of financial services,and is even more inseparable from the support of multi-level capital markets,including a series of investments and incubation by industry funds.With the rapid development of domestic strategic emerging industries and the continuous deepening of industrial support,the post-investment management scale of industrial funds in related fields also maintained a relatively high growth trend.Although strategic emerging industries are characterized by high growth and high returns,the industry itself is also constrained by factors such as high risk and uncertainty,and some investment institutions have already experienced post-investment risks.Therefore,solving the problem of post-investment risk management of strategic emerging industry funds has important practical significance for the fund itself and the industry.This research is a branch of post-investment management,focusing on the post-investment risk management mechanism.First of all,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the problems and causes of the post-investment risk management mechanism of strategic emerging industry funds.It elaborates the existing effect problems from the perspectives of organizational system,risk identification,risk early warning and tracking,solution and effect evaluation mechanism,and analyses the causes of the industrial problems from multiple perspectives.In addition,the paper takes Biomedical Industry A Fund as an example to analyze the universality of some industries in the post-investment risk management mechanism and the specific measures taken in the process of optimizing the post-investment risk management mechanism to prove that the optimization of the management mechanism has important practical significance for post-investment risk management.Secondly,the paper focuses on the realization ideas,implementation paths and general model framework of strategic emerging industry fund post-investment risk management mechanism optimization-Based on the comprehensive risk management theory?design theory of Management Mechanism,this paper takes the four dimensions of organization mechanism,operating mechanism,monitoring and review mechanism and improvement mechanism as the important concrete path for the optimization of post-investment risk management mechanism,and a more comprehensive and systematic optimization model framework is formed ultimately.Finally,in order to realize the effectiveness of the post-investment risk management mechanism of strategic emerging industry funds,the paper proposes a number of safeguard measures,from establishing post-investment risk management internal system,talent training mechanism,team incentive mechanism,technology R&D investment,to strengthen process supervision and management measures to further meet the conditions for its realization.
