The pharmaceutical industry is an important industry in the national economy and plays an important role.In recent years,China's pharmaceutical industry has developed rapidly and has gradually become one of the largest pharmaceutical markets in the world.Although China is a big pharmaceutical country,it is not a strong pharmaceutical country.The situation in the development of China's pharmaceutical industry is still grim,and the rent-seeking behavior in the pharmaceutical industry is a prominent problem.Whether it is the 2013 GlaxoSmithKline commercial bribery case or the 2018 Changchun Longevity Vaccine case,it is a manifestation of the rent-seeking behavior of the pharmaceutical industry.In order to establish a good order in the pharmaceutical industry,the management of rent-seeking behavior in the pharmaceutical industry is imperative.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influencing factors of rent-seeking behavior in the pharmaceutical industry.This paper analyzes and studies the rent-seeking behavior of the pharmaceutical industry,and uses the theory of economics,combined with the particularity and actual status of the pharmaceutical industry,to conduct an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of rent-seeking behavior in the pharmaceutical industry.By analyzing and comparing statistical data and combining theoretical analysis,this paper attempts to find the reasons for rent-seeking behavior in the pharmaceutical industry,and draws lessons from the management experience and lessons of rent-seeking behavior in foreign pharmaceutical industry,and provides ideas and directions for the governance of rent-seeking behavior in China's pharmaceutical industry.At the same time,through interviews with practitioners in the pharmaceutical industry,we can gain a deeper understanding of the specific ways of rent-seeking behavior in the pharmaceutical industry.At the same time,due to the illegality of rent-seeking behavior,it is impossible to conduct questionnaire statistics and accurate data surveys.This is also the shortcoming in this paper.The results of this paper show that:First,the most fundamental factor in the influencing factors of rent-seeking behavior in the pharmaceutical industry is the institutional reasons.In China's medical system,the institutional defects in the pharmaceutical industry and drug sales circulation are the fundamentals of the rent-seeking behavior in the pharmaceutical industry.the reason.Second,the industry's interests and motivations:First pharmaceutical companies in the current industry background,the choice of light research and development,re-sales business strategy,so that the abnormally high sales costs into the sales process,and these abnormally high sales costs are often used to find Renting behavior;secondly,the benefits that medical institutions receive from medicines are huge,and the income of medical staff is lower than their value.Under the drive of interests,profit-seeking behaviors tend to evolve into rent-seeking behaviors.Third,the imperfection of the regulatory system is also an important reason for rent-seeking behavior.For example,the lack of regulatory systems and legal norms,the construction of professional supervision teams is slow,and long-term institutional supervision is not in place.Therefore,the lack of supervision system is leading to the pharmaceutical industry.An important reason for the rental behavior.Therefore,this paper puts forward some policy recommendations based on the influencing factors of rent-seeking behavior in the pharmaceutical industry.I hope that these policy recommendations can provide some help for the governance of rent-seeking behavior in the pharmaceutical industry,promote the healthy and healthy development of China's pharmaceutical industry,and build China into a world medical power.Help the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
