China is currently the largest developing country in the world.In modern society,with the development of industrialization,China's elderly population has increased and the degree of aging has deepened.The social problems caused by the aging society have attracted people's attention.At present,our country is facing a severe social aging situation.The situation of "getting old before getting rich" requires us to find out solutions as soon as possible to cope with the huge needs of elderly care.Japan is currently the most aging country in the world.Because of the increasing demand for care services for the elderly,after the establishment of the long-term care insurance system for the elderly in Germany,Japan has established a complete care insurance system after many years of reform and gained a lot of experience and lessons.China's aging development speed,population structure and cultural background and Japan's existence With many similarities,Japan has rich experience in establishing a relatively perfect intermediary insurance system.Therefore,through the study of the Japanese intermediary insurance system and its construction in the process of reform,this paper provides valuable experience and lessons for our country to learn from the Japanese intermediary insurance system construction,as well as some enlightenment and experience for improvement of the long-term care insurance system in the future.The purpose of this study is to learn from the rich experience of Japan's intermediary insurance system in the reform,and find the Enlightenment of China's long-term care insurance system.Among them,the supporting adult guardianship system,diversified and omni-directional professional service model,financial transfer payment as the core of the reform methods are very worthy of our study and reference.Our country can learn from Japan's practices in various aspects to establish our elderlycare system.
