The competition of modern enterprise is the competition of the talent. Enterprise’s core competitive power depends on how many talented people inside the company. So how to take full advantage of human resource management, especially salary motivation function to attract, retain, and cultivate talents for the enterprise has become the crucial question of every big enterprise.Compensation management is one of the core modules of human resources management. Scientific and effective compensation system can greatly stimulate staffs enthusiasm and creativity. It could become mainstays of company, build advantage of sustainable development, achieve strategic target of enterprise.This article based on in-depth study of H insurance intermediary company employee compensation, and under the guidance of the relevant compensation theories, combined with long-term goals, through job analysis, job description, job evaluation, initially built job value as the core of compensation system. Based on market payroll investigation and analysis, consideration of internal equity, build broad band salary which is meet the enterprise development needs. Established safeguard measures of compensation implementation, and summarized the compensation system innovations and limitations. Lastly, prospected the design of compensation system.The purpose of this article is to establish a set of compensation system which is suitable and scientific for Yunnan H insurance intermediary company. Reasonable control labor cost, stimulate the staff potential to create value for the enterprise, meanwhile offer corresponding salary, then make the enterprise and employees to achieve a win-win state.
