Research On Financial Risk Early Warning Of Listed Real Estate Companies In My Country

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has continuously accelerated the pace of reform in the field of people's livelihood and implemented drastic policies aimed at allowing the people to share the achievements of reform and opening up.As the key concern of the people's livelihood,the real estate industry's development trend and the change of housing prices are affecting people and solving the problem of“not to worry about eating and wearing”can better improve the sense of well-being and happiness of the broad masses of the people.Before the financial risks come,we can have a certain degree of awareness in advance and do good jobs to keep the company away from bankruptcy in time.In this thiese,firstly reviews the current research status of financial risk early warning at home and abroad,and briefly reviews it.Secondly,it introduces the theoretical basis related to the research content of the article,including the financial risk,financial risk warning and the definition,characteristics and functions of the financial risk early warning system,which provides a basis for the further study of the article.Thirdly,in the part of empirical research,the Z-score model is selected,and the calculation formulas of the ₁Z-score model and the Z₃-score model and the specific meanings of each variable are explained respectively.Based on this premise,the period from 2013 to 2017 is selected.The 157 sample companies of the year calculate their Z values separately to determine whether they meet the discriminating conditions,and can really play an early warning role.After drawing the corresponding conclusions,we propose improvements to real estate industry of China and real estate listed companies,respectively,to ensure the development of the company's future more and more smooth.
