In the process of the market-oriented development of enterprises today,one of the key points of risk management is to strengthen the financial risk early warning,and to adopt targeted strategies combined with the early warning results.For the snack industry,risk management directly determines the steady development of the industry,and the financial risk early warning ability of enterprises is directly related to the sustainable development of enterprises.The financial warning analysis in this paper is mainly aimed at snack enterprises to make up for the lack of financial risk warning research on snack enterprises.This is because the current research models are mainly financial enterprises and industrial enterprises,while fewer models are built for snack enterprises,so the existing models are difficult to meet the needs of the financial risk early warning of snack enterprises.Although some financial risk early warning models of snack enterprises have been constructed in the literature research,there are some problems of improper indicators and models,and incomplete consideration of parameters.So,this paper will collect the financial risk early warning model literature for careful research,adhering to the principle of scientific,comprehensive and feasible,in combination with the actual and characteristics of our country snack industry development sample data selection,to ensure the data analysis results more accurate,closely combined with model analysis requirements and methods,from the perspective of financial analysis preliminary screening financial indicators,substitution into the Z score model and F score model for validation.Specific to raw material demand,for example,in order to reduce inventory risk for the purpose,design a time aggregation as the carrier of the demand prediction method,the method is improved on the basis of the F score model,compared with the prediction results of the Z score model,get the prediction effect is more accurate,for financial risk warning more research significance.Based on relevant literature and theories at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the current practices of snack companies in financial risk early warning,and sorts out the deficiencies in financial risk management of enterprises.Research status,the research results found that the current financial risk early warning is mainly to construct a variable analysis model to early warning of financial risks.Specifically,it includes single-variable model,multi-variable early-warning model and other early-warning models;while domestic research on financial risk early-warning system is in the exploratory stage,focusing on the selection of early-warning indicators,multi-variable model research and discussion on new financial risk early-warning models superior.Finally,combined with the financial risk of China want want group,put forward targeted strategy,to establish enterprise characteristics of modern enterprise financial risk early warning mechanism,and to establish a sustainable development system of enterprise financial internal control,dominated by internal audit financial risk control system,find the special period of market demand,accounts receivable management,"two gold" pressure drop management,improve Want Want China financial risk response ability.
