Research On Construction Of China-Thai Business Big Data Platform

With the continuous deepening of mutual political trust between China and Thailand,the comprehensive construction of China-Asean Free Trade Area and the all-round promotion of the "One Belt,One Road" strategy,the economic and trade cooperation between China and Thailand has entered the best period in history.In 2017,bilateral trade between China and Thailand reached US$74.14 billion.In terms of investment,China's total investment in Thailand in 2017 reached US$1.058 billion.More and more large companies have invested in factories in Thailand,and a number of large-scale projects have been put into production.The investment cooperation between China and Thailand has gradually formed a multi-level,multi-channel and all-round cooperation pattern.Chinese and Thai companies are increasingly demanding business information such as relevant policies and regulations,market information,and industry trends.With the rapid development of new generation information technologies such as cloud computing and big data,the value of data resource mining is getting higher and higher,and the trend of data information sharing is becoming more and more obvious.China and Thailand respectively proposed the “Digital China” and “Digital Thailand” development plans,and they reached consensus and focused on comprehensive cooperation in e-commerce,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,etc.In the past two years,all parties in China and Thailand s have been paying more and more attention to big data.The government departments,universities,research institutes,and high-tech enterprises have promoted big data projects in various industries,but their efforts in business big data are not enough.With the continuous expansion of business activities between China and Thailand,business transactions are becoming more frequent,building a China-Thai business big data platform,providing business information inquiry channels for the two governments,enterprises and the public,is of great practical significance for the two countries to exchange economics and expand the scale of trade.During the process of communication with enterprises and research institutions,she found that their demand for business big data is very high.But now the distribution of information resources of business big data is relatively scattered,and its potential utilization value has not been fully reflected.Based on this situation,the author believes that if these scattered data information resources can be integrated into a unified public information service platform,shared with the public,it will bring great convenience users to the users.The author interviewed 11 Chinese companies in Thailand between her internship in Thailand,and further grasped the needs of cross-border institutions between China and Thailand in conducting business information.Then she summarized the source of information in the business big data.,classificated the data information and its application,which to some extent compensates for the shortcomings of current research in this field.In the process of researching the construction of China-Thai Business Big Data Platform,firstly,the author clarifies the definition of business big data through literature review,and summarized the general ideas of big data platform construction.Then she applied the PEST analysis to the macro environment,and Porter five force model of management to the market environment of China-Thailand business big data development,and summarizes its development trend.Secondly,the author sorts out four types of data information of business big data from the perspective of business activities.It covers policy information,market information,talent information and scientific and technological information.And she elaborates its application value to the government's public sector,enterprises and research institutions,and the public.Finally,the author proposes to solve the problem of building a “China-Thai Business Big Data Platform”.The plan includes the integration,classification and sharing of business big data resources,the overall idea of platform construction,framework design,function setting and platform management and operation,etc.,Hopes the paper will provide reference for the construction of China-Thai Business Big Data Platform.
