| The transportation logistics of our county is still in the situation of low information degree, industry dispersion, and management inefficient. With the development of IT and the coming of IT era, information is becoming more and more important for the transportation logistics, the country began to promote the platform building of transportation logistics. The building of logistics information service platform needs the support of both the government and the market, but from the development results of recent years, due to the unclear goals and modes, and vague duty and response of the government etc. The result is not good.In the operation and building of the logistics information platform, the way the government takes part in, to bear the responsibility, to organize the organization and market reasonably, to supply its unique core resources, to reinforce the resources analysis and utilization, to maintain the market justice, to protect the economic security, to push the industry forward can be the important topics currently.This article aims at the problems and request above, to analyze the current situation of home and abroad, showed the restriction factors of the platform’s development firstly; then, to analyze the structure, definition and effect of the government in the logistics comprehensive information platform through the request of logistics enterprises, industrial and commercial enterprises, and the government institutions. Next, to make the logistics industry of Hunan Province as the example to suggest the ideas in building the transportation platform of Hunan Province; to complete the collection of basic data and business data through the convergence and exchange of relevant data, and finally make the platform of one center, five supports, and three applications; in the end of the article, I suggested the four steps of building the platform and some reference for the government to do the support. |
