Research On The Mutual Influence Of E-Commerce And Logistics Service Quality

As the artery of modern economic operation,logistics links different economic sectors.The level of logistics development of a country directly reflects the degree of modernization of its economy.In recent years,thanks to the rapid development of China's e-commerce,the number of logistics enterprises has been increasing,and the logistics industry has shown a rapid development trend.At the same time,the development of e-commerce requires higher logistics service quality.China's logistics industry is still in a relatively early stage of development,unable to effectively meet the current logistics service market demand,and the logistics service quality and e-commerce development are in an uncoordinated state.Therefore,based on the existing research on e-commerce and logistics service quality,this paper evaluates the e-commerce and logistics service quality of each province,city and autonomous region in China,and constructs a regression model to study the relationship between e-commerce and logistics service quality.How to influence each other and propose improvements.Firstly,based on the relevant theories of e-commerce and the actual situation of e-commerce development in China,this paper constructs an e-commerce development level evaluation system,and uses factor analysis method to evaluate the e-commerce development level of China's provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in2013—2017.The development status of e-commerce in various regions of China in the past five years is analyzed,and the differences in the development level of e-commerce in the eastern,central and western regions are further studied.It is found that China's e-commerce maintains a relatively stable development state,with a slight decline in 2013—2015,2015 After the "Internet +" strategy was put forward,China's e-commerce showed a trend of sustained and rapid development.The development level of e-commerce showed an increasing trend from the west to the east.The e-commerce development gap between the central and western regions was relatively small.Secondly,it analyzes the new changes and existing problems of logistics service quality under the current e-commerce background.Based on the SERVQUAL evaluation model and LSQ model of logistics service quality classic evaluation model,the regional logistics service quality evaluation system is constructed and calculated by entropy method.The three dimensions of the evaluation system and the weights of each indicator are used to calculate the comprehensive scores of logistics service quality in each region from 2013—2017 through MATLAB.The results show that theoverall development of China's logistics service quality is relatively slow,and the quality of logistics service shows a trend of increasing from the west to the east.The quality of regional logistics services is positively correlated with the level of economic development.The weights of tangible indicators and reliability indicators are relatively large.The indicators of these two dimensions have a great impact on the quality of logistics services,while the responsiveness indicators have relatively little impact on the quality of logistics services.Finally,qualitative analysis of the relationship between e-commerce and logistics service quality,the regression model of the impact of e-commerce on logistics service quality,using Eviews8.0 to calculate the data,the results show that e-commerce development will be the quality of logistics services Significant impact,the impact of per capita e-commerce transactions and per capita e-commerce transactions in e-commerce indicators is most significant.Then,the regression model is constructed to analyze the impact of logistics service quality indicators on e-commerce.The results show that the quality of logistics services will also have a significant impact on the development of e-commerce.Among them,10,000 people operate trucks,cargo turnover,logistics and logistics.The above ratio of personnel college education has a significant impact on e-commerce.On the basis of clarifying how the quality of e-commerce and logistics services interact with each other,suggestions for improvement are proposed.
