Research On Secondary Venture Financing Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Based On Internet Finance

The success of secondary entrepreneurship of small and medium-sized enterprises is of great significance to China's economic growth,national competitiveness and employment opportunities.Small and medium-sized enterprises need to expand production scale,introduce high-quality talents,establish a scientific management system and so on.Therefore,whether they can introduce funds outside is very important for secondary entrepreneurship.Firstly,this paper discusses the status quo of SMEs'financing,the secondary entrepreneurship of SMEs and relevant domestic policies,then puts forward the problems and reasons of SMEs' secondary entrepreneurship financing,and further elaborates the key of SMEs'secondary entrepreneurship financing difficulties.Through the comparative analysis of Internet Finance and traditional finance,the development trend and the advantages of solving the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises,the feasibility analysis is carried out and the technical characteristics,specific capital operation process,highlighted risks and advantages of the domestic Internet financial platform are further explained by several examples of platform development.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions and measures for Internet financial financing from three levels.The conclusion of this paper is that various problems encountered by small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of secondary venture financing,especially secondary venture financing,are caused by many reasons.Internet finance helps to solve these problems.
