With the continuous progress of science and technology and the rapid development of economy,the development of Internet technology is more and more rapid,and the information communication between people is also undergoing great changes.The most remarkable point is that everyone passively receives information to receive information actively before,and then participates in the process of information generation.All these indicate that the era of Web 2.0 has come completely and has an overall impact on our work.Patterns and lifestyles.In the age of Web 2.0,people can freely share their views and opinions without restrictions of time and region,so can contribute their resources to cooperate with others.With the public's enthusiastic participation in the Internet and the urgent need of enterprises for new business models,crowdsourcing service platform with group collaboration as the core to create and undertake tasks emerges as the times require.Crowdsourcing platform model is a business model for company to solve a job and task,and to decompose and distribute tasks through the Internet platform*.Enterprises or groups with matching resources and capabilities receive corresponding tasks and get rewards for tasks.Crowdsourcing,a new business model,has attracted many experts,scholars and enterprises at home and abroad.However,most of the studies focus on basic theory,and lack of marketing practice research on crowdsourcing platform.On the basis of studying the relevant IT service crowdsourcing platform theory and marketing theory,this paper analyses and studies the marketing strategy of crowdsourcing platform and establishes the marketing strategy system.On the basis of this research,this paper studies the marketing model of typical IT service crowdsourcing platform cases,visually shows the specific levels and elements of crowdsourcing business model,and uses the combination marketing strategy to carry on the research.Practical case analysis.The innovation of this paper lies in the analysis of crowdsourcing business model from the perspective of marketing strategy.The process of value creation and realization is the essence of all business models.Crowdsourcing business model builds a value network composed of people,enterprises and other relevant groups,which is closely linked,closely knotted and reasonably operated.Another innovation of this paper is to build a unique marketing strategy of IT service crowdsourcing platform based on the analysis of IT service crowdsourcing model,which is conducive to the case enterprises to make a comprehensive analysis and judgment of themselves and other competitive platforms,and then provide a strategic basis for case enterprises to improve and optimize crowdsourcing business model.
