| Corporate social capital is the resource that an enterprise obtains from its social relations.Its influence on corporate performance has always been a hot topic for scholars at home and abroad.With the increasingly fierce market competition,companies are increasingly looking for cooperation with suppliers,customers,competitors,and complementary companies to gain a sustainable competitive advantage.The rich social capital accumulated by enterprises and these stakeholders in the process of interaction effectively helps enterprises to establish a cross-industry and cross-domain value network structure system.Also,it enhances the speed of exchange and integration of various resources,technologies,funds,channels and other advantageous resources in the value network,thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of each member.As a result,enterprises can provide better products and services,meet the flexible and changing needs of customers,and achieve continuous improvement of corporate performance.This paper believes that the value network of an enterprise is a structural system that enhances the value of the enterprise and its stakeholders through effective cooperation around the needs of the customers.Taking "creating value for customers" as the starting point,it emphasizes the close cooperation between network members and the continuous improvement of core competence of enterprises,which is the main feature of the value network model that is different from the traditional value chain.Under the influence of corporate social capital,building and improving the value network of enterprises not only improves the financial performance of enterprises in the short term,but also helps to enhance the brand value and market influence of enterprises in the long run.Therefore,this paper introduces the perspective of "value network" and develops the research on the impact of the original "corporate social capital--corporate performance" into "corporate social capital--value network--corporate performance".Firstly,from the three dimensions of structure,relationship and cognition,it analyzes how social capital affects the process of value network building.And then it analyzes how the value network model achieves the increase of corporate performance from three aspects:value proposition,value creation,and value acquisition.Since entering the era of Mobile Internet,the internet-centered industrial revolution has deepened,and the trend of internet technology integration with various industries has accelerated significantly.In response to the government’s top-level strategy of "Internet+"and "Digital Economy",China’s large-scale internet companies have been transforming themselves to establish open and shared development platforms.Among them.Tencent fully utilizes the rich social capital accumulated in the process of enterprise development and builds a "Tencent Value Network" based on strong connection technology and integrated development in various fields.It not only successfully helped large companies or small and medium-sized enterprises in all walks of life to achieve rapid development,but also successfully realized the continuous growth of Tencent’s financial performance,assumed the responsibility of large companies,and enabled Tencent’s market position and brand reputation to continue to improve.Therefore,this paper analyzes and demonstrates "Tencent Value Network" as a typical caseThe research in this paper finds that rich corporate social capital has helped the"Tencent Value Network" to grow faster and become more stable.Good trust relationships and dependencies have improved the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate resource swaps in the network,and the overall cohesion has also been enhanced.All members revolve around the business philosophy of "everything based on user value".Through close communication and collaboration,they constantly improve management methods to reduce costs,improve the quantity and quality of products and services,enhance core competitiveness and improve profitability capabilitry,solvency capability,operational capability and development capability,increase the visibility of the company and customer satisfaction,and achieve an increase in corporate performance.Therefore,this paper suggests that enterprises should accumulate and use corporate social capital positively,in order to realize both synergy effect and scale advantage of value network,and to achieve sustainable development of enterprises. |
