With the upgrading of China's Internet infrastructure construction and the expansion of network coverage,the Internet universalization has provided the "umbrella" for employees organizational internet deviant behavior(OIDB).How to reduce OIDB effectively has become a big problem in organization management.Research on the formation of OIDB can better the organization to manage this phenomenon better.From the perspective of psychology,this thesis focuses on the internal psychological perception of employees with excessive aptitude,and discusses the influence mechanism of perceived overqualification(POQ)on OIDB.It is beneficial to explore the formation and influence of OIDB from multiple perspectives and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the management of organizational internet deviant behavior.On the basis of summarizing and reviewing the relevant theories on POQ and OIDB,this thesis puts job burnout as an intermediary variable and introduces the moderator variable of resilience to construct the relationship model of deviation behavior of POQ employees from the OIDB.Through the empirical research on the collected 441 sample data,using data statistical software SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 to test the hypothesis and model,to explain the influence between the perception of POQ,OIDB,job burnout and resilience.The results of data analysis show that 1)POQ has a significant positive impact on the OIDB.2)POQ has a significant positive predictive effect on two dimensions of job burnout(emotional exhaustion and deindividuation).3)job burnout has a significant positive impact on OIDB.4)The two dimensions of job burnout(emotional exhaustion and deindividuation)play a partial mediating role in the influence of POQ on OIDB.5)Resilience has a negative moderating effect on job burnout and OIDB.The results enrich and expand the relevant researches on the POQ and OIDB,and provide an important reference for organizations to manage OIDB.
