Study On The Difference Of Human Green Development Index In Northwest Minority Areas

Based on the three dimensions(income,education and health)of the human development index(HDI)proposed by the United Nations development program(undp),this paper constructed the human green development index(HDI)by combining environmental indicators as the same level indicators.According to the constructed index system,the actual situation of human green development in 29 prefectures and cities in northwest minority areas was measured and analyzed.In northwest ethnic region 29 province green human development index four subentry index and comprehensive index to measure analysis concluded that the development of the northwest minority areas is still a relatively extensive low development level,social and economic development have not raise the use efficiency of resources,green,intensive economy is still in the bud.On each sub-index and the indexes of the influence of human green development index growth contribution rate difference analysis of the northwest minority areas around the city green human development index of growth was mainly affected by the contribution rate of health index,followed by the contribution rate of income index and environmental index,index of education contribution impact is low,and more stable.According to the above differences,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions: economic,optimize the industrial structure,promote high-quality economic development;We will strengthen economic exchanges between ethnic minority areas,narrow the gap between regions,and promote common development in the whole region.In terms of education,more investment should be made in regional education,human capital,infrastructure construction and social security.Vigorously promote the development of local vocational schools and technical schools;Changing folk customs.In terms of health,we will improve social welfare facilities and improve the health of the population in ethnic minority areas.In terms of resource utilization and environmental protection,the government should strengthen the investment in the construction of public service facilities and the construction of ecological environment,constantly improve the awareness of environmental protection,pursue the combination of economic benefits and environmental benefits,jointly promote the harmonious and healthy development of national economy and society,and constantly improve the comprehensive development level of national human society.
