Study On Risk Analysis And Risk Control Of Knowledge Sharing Among Enterprises In Cross-border Technology Alliances

As a brand-new model for international cooperation,cross-border technology alliance is an effective measure to enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises.However,enterprises are generally reluctant to share core technical knowledge,furthermore,there are cultural distances among multinational corporations.Therefore,enterprises among cross-border technology alliances often have conflicts of interest,which leads to risks.In this context,the risk management of cross-border technology alliances has increasingly attracted the attention of researchers.Firstly,the mechanism of risk from the three aspects of knowledge sharing is analyzed.Then the risks are divided into subject risks,relationship risks and environmental risks.Furthermore,from the four aspects of knowledge sharing,the specific risk influencing factors of knowledge sharing in multinational technology alliance are analyzed.Secondly,based on the principal-agent theory and the supply and demand situation of knowledge transfer,two knowledge-sharing models are established.And the differences between the two models are compared,fianlly the key points of risk control for knowledge sharing in cross-border technology alliance are obtainedFinally,based on the risk control points derived from the model and conbined with the life cycle theory,during the four stages of alliance formation,alliance operation,technology investment and benefit distribution,and alliance disintegration,technology alliance knowledge sharing risk control strategies from the perspective of enterprise,society and government were proposed.And a complete risk control mechanism was established.
