Research On The Effect Of Agricultural Machinery Purchase Subsidy Policy On The Development Of Agricultural Mechanization In Jinzhong

Agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy is one of the "two relief,three subsidy" policies of the central government to support and benefit agriculture.Since its implementation for more than ten years,it has greatly promoted the rapid development of China's agricultural machinery industry,accelerated the process of China's agricultural modernization,and laid a solid foundation for the continuous increase of grain production.However,in recent years,affected by multiple factors,the role of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy in promoting the market has become weaker and weaker.Under the background of the downward trend of the whole agricultural machinery industry,how to better implement the subsidy policy for the purchase of agricultural machinery and the future development direction of agricultural mechanization need to be further studied and solved.Based on this background and taking the implementation of the subsidy policy for agricultural machinery purchase in Jinzhong City as the research object,this paper puts forward the research methods and technical routes of this paper by analyzing the domestic and foreign research on the subsidy policy for agricultural machinery purchase.On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant documents,this paper introduces the basic situation of the subsidy policy for agricultural machinery purchase,and also introduces our country's subsidy policy for agricultural machinery purchase.Evolution process and effect are analyzed,and the supporting policies of agricultural developed countries for the development of agricultural mechanization are emphatically introduced.On this basis,using the form of questionnaires,this paper investigates the subjects closely related to the purchase subsidy policy of agricultural machinery,including farmers,distributors and grass-roots management departments.Based on the implementation of the purchase subsidy policy in Jinzhong City,the existing problems are analyzed.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the problems and consulting the relevant literature,seven suggestions are put forward to solve the implementation of the subsidy policy for the purchase of agricultural machinery in Jinzhong City.
