An Empirical Analysis Of The Relationship Among Diversified Operation,Capital Supervision And Commercial Bank Profitability

In this paper,on the basis of mathematical statistics theory,portfolio theory,economies of scale theory and financial innovation theory,the influence mechanism of diversified operation and capital supervision on commercial banks' profitability is discussed by means of digital characteristics analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and so on.In addition,the theoretical viewpoints are put forward and the mathematical models of the relationship among diversified operation(income structure diversification,asset structure diversification),capital supervision(capital adequacy ratio supervision,core capital adequacy ratio supervision)and commercial bank profitability are established.After collecting the sample data of 25 listed banks for 3 years and processing the sample data with relevant mathematical and statistical tools,the paper gets the answer to the discussion and proves that diversified operation and capital supervision have a specific impact on the profitability of commercial banks.Among them,diversified operation(income structure diversification,asset structure diversification)is the basis to improve the profitability of commercial banks.Capital regulation(capital adequacy ratio regulation,core capital adequacy ratio regulation)negatively regulates the relationship between diversified operation(income structure diversification,asset structure diversification)and commercial banks' profitability.The research results can be applied to the exploration and practice of improving the profitability of commercial banks,and have practical significance on how to balance the relationship between capital financial index management and capital supervision.Furthermore,the results also benefit commercial banks to carry out diversified operations and regulatory departments to maintain the stability of the financial environment.
