Textile and garment industry is the pillar industry of China.With the global integration of economy and trade,the development of textile and garment industry has not only gained unprecedented opportunities,but also faced serious challenges.Many factors such as the fluctuation of domestic RMB exchange rate,the rapid growth of production costs,the continuous decline of the whole world economy,the rapid development of the apparel industry in Southeast Asian countries and so on,make textile and apparel enterprises face more and more pressure.This will prompt clothing companies to adjust their strategies under this pressure,analyze and study the existing marketing strategies,optimize them,and find marketing strategies suitable for the development of the company.With the improvement of living standards,health awareness has improved greatly.The upsurge of the national movement is quietly rising,and the demand for sportswear also becomes more and more strong,and the request of sportswear from people is also more and more high.It is new good opportunity for the textile and garment enterprises.MJ clothing company should change ideas,and consider the situation to grasp the good opportunity.We can develop new markets based on analyzing the market in detail.At the same time we can create a brand,which will promote the sustainable development of enterprises.MJ Garment Co.,Ltd is as an example.We can find the issues existing current marking strategy according to MJ's internal and external marketing environment,combining the theory of STP and 4P theory.According to these issues and the situation of the enterprise itself,we make the optimization about the current marketing strategy,especially in these two aspects,one is market development,putting forward the further development of the original market.We can exploit the market along "One Belt And One Road" with the dividend policy of the state,also can exploit the domestic market by taking advantage of the state's support to the national movement.Second is the brand construction.We need to strengthen these three aspects,the brand personality,brand image and brand concept.With the proposal of these optimization strategies,MJ Garment Co.,Ltd needs to develop effective plans,and put forward the guarantee of the implementation for these optimization strategies,namely manpower,organization &system and technology.
