With the continuous development of global economic integration,the role of international trade in economic developments in different countries around the world is emerged more and more."One Belt And One Road" strategy gets through 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road and Silk Road Economic Belt,connecting 4.4 billions people of countries along the routes,and not only increases our investment income in countries along the routes,but also strengthens the economic relation with ASEAN,South Asia,Central Asia,West Asia,North Africa and Europe,etc,bringing great convenience to our export.Meanwhile,the establishment of free trade areas provides convenience for free trade of bulk commodity,technology and services without barriers,without tariffs and more brings tax reimbursement,free trade and other preferential policies for import and export corporations in our country.According to the data released by the General Administration of Customs,external trade amounted to 27.79 trillion yuan in 2017,increasing 14.2% than 2016.Among it,export amounted to 15.33 trillion yuan,increasing 10.8% and import amounted to 12.46 trillion yuan,increasing 18.7%;the trade surplus is 2.87 trillion yuan,narrowing 14.2%.With the rapid development of the global economy in recent years,the number of vehicles in various countries has also grown rapidly.However,the layout of cities has been unable to accommodate so many vehicles,resulting in difficulties in car parking.Parking management system can efficiently manage car parking and effectively improve parking space utilization,alleviating car parking problems.From the current market situation,the vehicle management system products are in the growth trend around the world.In recent years,as the global economy has recovered,the infrastructure construction all over the world,especially in the developing countries,has also increased,which has led to increasing sales of vehicle management system products.So far,to vehicle management system products,just the number of domestic manufacturers has reached 12,and the number of companies which participate in cross-border export has reached 30;if counted in the number of foreign competitors in the same industry is as many as 300.The similar products from South Korea,Japan,the United States,Britain and other countries,have more advanced technology and higher quality,compared with the products in our country.The marketing program design is written for the Cross-Border Electronic Commerce of parking management system of RL company,aimed to make marketing program.Firstly,this marketing program design clears and definite the background and significance of this thesis.Secondly,briefly introduces the information of RL company and products,by means of 4P theory,Porter's five forces analyze and predict the future market,based on the international marketing environment and features of parking management system.The marketing program design also identifies the market and product positioning,by STP market segmentation and finally make the marketing strategy by 4PS means.Besides,this marketing program analyzes the supporting measure,like management system,human resource and managing risks.after collecting the managing problems occurred in RL company and peer companies and analyzing the potential risks of this project.Finally,the marketing program predicts the marketing forecasting,the investment in the marketing and the profit.
