With the advancement of global economic integration,the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce.Enterprises cannot survive and develop in the market competition without innovation and vitality.C due to the influence of traditional enterprise values and management system inherent in state-owned enterprises,it is difficult for them to cope with the complicated and changeable development situation in the fierce market competition.The " silence of employees" within an enterprise organization is considered to be an important reason for the lack of innovation and vitality of the enterprise.In recent years,the issue of how to break the silence of employees has gradually attracted the attention of enterprise managers.This paper starts from the theory of traditional Chinese rights distance,and investigates the correlation between traditional Chinese collectivism and employee silence by means of questionnaires.In this paper,taking state-owned enterprise C as the research object,the author has conducted an in-depth investigation and analysis of its employees' silence,trying to summarize and analyze the current situation of employees' silence in state-owned enterprises and the factors affecting employees' silence,and put forward targeted suggestions for improvement.Through the actual investigation to further supplement and improve the relevant content of the variable employee silence in the use of state-owned enterprises.In this study,the C state-owned enterprise is taken as the research object,and the questionnaire survey method is used to make quantitative and qualitative analysis on the employee silence in the state-owned enterprise.This paper makes a multi-dimensional analysis of three types of silence in C state-owned enterprises: tacit employee silence,defensive employee silence and indifferent employee silence.It analyzes and excavates the influence of employee age,educational background,gender,position and marital status on the three dimensions of employee silence.Through interviews and research,it determines the specific reasons of employee silence in C state-owned enterprises.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures for enterprises to solve the problem of employee silence.The researchers believe that C state-owned enterprises should start to further reduce the impact of employee silence on enterprise development from the aspects of building enterprise culture,improving communication mechanism,training management team,improving enterprise organization system and improving enterprise material security,so as to realize a virtuous circle of employee growth and enterprise development.
