Since the 21st century,China has gradually become as the "world factory" because of the developing manufacture capacity&capability.More and more global brand company choose to look for manufacturing resource in China.The business model of some assemble enterprises in China are gradually characterized by"High Mixed Low Volume".At the same time,"Made in China" is gradually getting rid of the label"low price and low quality".It's a big challenge for the assemble enterprises to find a way to reach higher quality target with low cost.For assemble enterprises with"High Mixed Low Volume"business,they have to face very complicate business.To ensure the quality performance,the enterprises should focus on product research&design,supplier chain management,production process stability etc.But with the increasing complexity of business,the traditional quality control method cannot fully guarantee the quality performance of products.It is necessary to use the power of data to advance the work and form a comprehensive management model of quality prevention,quality inspection and corrective prevention.Based on the study of the general principles of quality management,this thesis searches for a quality control method and strategy suitable for HMLV mode manufacturing enterprises.C Company,a typical HMLV power-tool assembly enterprise,is chosen as the case in this thesis.According to the analysis of the current business situation and quality management mode of C company,and based on the combined of internal management data analysis and relevant quality management theory,defines two research directions:The first research direction is improving the parts quality prevention method.Based on the existing quality inspection data,by adjusting the sampling inspection plan and convergence the number of data grouping,to make the inspection data can be used to analyze the trend of the parts quality,and establish a statistics control method of the parts quality process based on SPC theory method to monitor the quality trend of received parts.Enable to detect the quality risk before the non-conformity occur.Secondly,research a new process quality management method to improve the capability of quality management of C company?The same,this research bases on the internal quality data,use the ANOVA method to fine the significant factors of process quality performance,then identify the multiple linear regression relations of these factors by DOE method.According to the conclusion,set up a new PLQ index by quantifying and modeling the factors to manage the process quality of C company.This PLQ index could be used to identify the process quality capability of every assembling unit.The quality management team could reduce the quality risk by adjusting the PLQ index before.This thesis combines the theoretical analysis with individual orientation research.All the research and conclusions are based on the data from C company.For different organizations and enterprises,the conclusion may not could be used directly.Therefore,this research provides more ideas and models of quality prevention management for similar enterprises and organizations,and has a certain reference significance.In practice,all relevant quality management decisions and judgments still need to be based on the data analysis of the enterprise itself,and the conclusion will be useful.
