Research On Cross Border Leasing Risk Management Of ZC Financial Leasing Company

In the 21 st century,China's financial leasing industry has entered a stage of rapid development,and the traditional domestic financial leasing business,which has begun to take shape,can no longer meet the existing financial needs.With the construction of the strategic framework of "one belt and one road" and quickening the pace of RMB internationalization,cross-border leasing has become a new hot spot in the development of the industry.However,the development time of cross-border leasing business is relatively short,and the research on cross-border leasing at home and abroad focuses on the expansion and innovation of business model,ignoring the research in the field of risk management.Based on the knowledge and system of risk management,this paper starts with "information transmission-risk identification-risk assessment-risk response-risk control",and provides new ideas and methods for risk management of cross-border leasing.The article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the background,significance,content,ideas and methods of this study,as an important component of the theme of this study.The second part is the related concepts and literature review of cross-border lease risk management,introducing the concepts of financial lease and cross-border lease,highlighting the risk management theory and system as the important theoretical basis of this paper,and taking literature review in related fields at home and abroad as an important supplement to the theoretical concepts.The third part is the status quo of cross-border leasing business and risk management of ZC Financial Leasing Company.It mainly describes the company's current organizational structure,operational data,business orientation and other aspects,focusing on the status quo of cross-border leasing business and current risk management mechanism.The fourth part is about the problems and causes of ZC Financial Leasing Company's cross-border leasing risk management.Based on the knowledge and system of cross-border leasing risk management,the problems of the company's cross-border leasing risk management are sorted out and the causes are analyzed one by one.The fifth part is about ZC Financial Leasing Company's cross-border leasing risk management improvement countermeasures and case testing.It puts forward targeted improvement countermeasures and applies them to case verification.It concludes that the improved cross-border leasing risk management is more comprehensive,scientific,objective and pertinent,and ultimately achieves the research idea of deepening theoretical knowledge into practice.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook,which makes the research conclusion of this paper,and points out the shortcomings of the existing cross-border lease risk management research and the direction of further research in the future.The main contribution of this paper is that mature risk management research at home and abroad focuses on mature financial industries such as banks,trusts,securities and so on.There are fewer studies on risk management related to financial leasing,especially in cross-border leasing.From the perspective of case study,this paper has strong pertinence and practicability.The improved risk management of cross-border leasing constructs a new idea and method of risk management,which can provide systematic suggestions and guidance for ZC financial leasing company and even those who are carrying out cross-border leasing business.
