Research On The Governance Of The MCS Company Of Mongolia

In the early twentieth century,enterprises in Europe and the United States and other developed countries began to pay more attention to the role of corporate governance in the development of enterprises.Although European and American enterprises have established a more perfect enterprise management framework at that time,there will still be problems in the distribution of power in the business operation.Therefore,the problem of corporate governance has received extensive attention from the industry.As a developing country of Mongolia,the problem of corporate governance is more acute in the development of enterprises.In the early 1980s,the academia and industry in Mongolia began to study the issue of enterprise management.However,the research in this field is generally limited on the constraints of the corporate structure level,and has not been further studied and discussed.How to improve and improve business management capabilities has become a hot research direction in the academic field.It is also the focus of market and capitalists.And the revolution in the economic field has sprang up all over the world.I am an overseas student in China.I hope to solve the problems encountered by MCS company through studying the governance problems of MCS company in Mongolia,and provide references for Mongolia and Chinese enterprises to provide corporate governance theory and practice.Based on the research and related theories of corporate governance in Mongolia and China,this paper takes MCS company as an example,using literature research and case demonstration,and combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis to discuss and analyze the research topics.A fine corporate governance mechanism helps to improve the company's performance and enhance its competitiveness and the problems of attribution analysis,through drawing lessons from the successful experience of the United States,Germany and Japan and other developed countries of corporate governance,and put forward the mechanism of corporate governance in Mongolia MCS optimization.
