Today's world economy is unpredictable,and the environment faced by enterprises is also extremely complex and complex.If you want to survive and develop in a changing environment,you need to have a unique competitive advantage.Therefore,how to obtain a lasting competitive advantage has become a hot spot for enterprises.problem.Innovation is the inexhaustible driving force and key factor for the survival and development of an enterprise.It can bring a steady stream of fresh blood to the enterprise,and the innovation of the enterprise is ultimately the innovation of employees.As the main body of the company,its innovative behavior has been widely concerned by all walks of life,and academic research and management practices are constantly looking for factors that can affect it.In the current management practice,most enterprises pay more attention to the incentives of employees' innovative behaviors at the material level compared with the spiritual level.However,most studies show that leadership style,organizational atmosphere and so on have a role that can not be ignored.In recent years,the influence of leadership style on employee innovation behavior has attracted wide attention from many scholars.The leadership style of service-oriented leadership has not been paid attention since the introduction until the 1990 s.Compared with Western scholars,China's research on service-oriented leadership is relatively rare.This paper studies the research of service-oriented leadership on employee innovation behavior in China's domestic environment,and introduces innovative self-efficacy as a regulatory variable,and finally forms a model for the impact of service-oriented leadership on employee innovation behavior with innovation self-efficacy as a moderator.In this paper,a total of 304 valid questionnaires were collected through questionnaires,and SPSS24.0 and AMOS24 statistical software were used to analyze the reliability and validity of sample data,and related analysis and further regression analysis.The empirical research results show that:(1)Service-oriented leadership has a positive impact on employee innovation behavior,and the three dimensions of vision,service and authorization are positively affecting employee innovation behavior.(2)Innovative self-efficacy regulates the relationship between service-oriented leadership and its dimensions and employee innovation behavior,and the higher the sense of innovation self-efficacy,the greater the impact of service-oriented leadership and its dimensions on employee innovation behavior.Finally,pointing out the theoretical significance of this research conclusion and its enlightenment to management practice,this paper conducts empirical research based on Chinese context,which not only has theoretical value,but also provides some enlightenment for China's management practice,which provides reference for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage.
