With the continuous development of economic conditions,the government is constantly trying new models in the construction of urban infrastructure.The PPP model for introducing social capital has been continuously applied to various fields due to its high practicality.At the same time,the PPP model is cited in public rental housing projects.The research has already started,and which pricing method is one of the key issues for the success of the public rental housing project under the PPP model.Some of the current pricing methods for public rental housing projects focus on cost pricing.Others focus on income and market pricing,but the common problem is that stakeholders in public rental projects under the PPP model have not done so.Full consideration and planning.The multi-objective programming model is a model based on the premise of comprehensively considering the objectives of all parties and maximizing the interests of all parties to obtain the optimal solution of the target.This study is based on the public rental project under the PPP model,using a multi-objective programming model to build a more reasonable pricing method.First,a brief overview of the practice of the PPP model in public rental housing projects and the theoretical basis needed to build the model,providing theoretical support for the construction of the model.Then,it discusses the choice of pricing method of public rental housing under PPP mode,analyzes the shortage and contradiction of current pricing method and the principle of pricing of public rental housing under PPP mode.Then,based on this,the public rental housing of multiobjective planning model in PPP mode is obtained.Applicability of pricing methods in the project.Then,the multi-objective planning pricing model setting of public rental housing in PPP mode is carried out.First,the multi-objective determination in the multiobjective planning model is carried out.Through the above analysis,the government,private enterprises and guarantee objects are the main stakeholders of the public rental housing project under the PPP model.Secondly,based on the relevant principles of public economics,the corresponding objective function is established,and the corresponding constraints are set,including producer constraints,consumer constraints,guarantee object payment ability constraints,and government price constraints.Then use Newton's solution method to solve and analyze.Finally,a multi-objective planning model pricing method for public rental housing projects under PPP mode was established.Finally,the case analysis of the public rental housing project under the PPP mode was carried out to verify the specific use method of the multi-objective planning model.Through the example of public rental housing project PPP mode,the public rental housing PPP mode was obtained.The rental price of the project case is compared with the current price to explore the feasibility of the multi-objective planning model pricing method.The government department can refer to the pricing method of this study when making pricing decisions for PPP mode public rental housing projects.
