In recent years,the concept of green environmental protection has been vigorously promoted by the state.The "three major battles" put forward by the party's 19th National Congress emphasized the importance of carrying out pollution prevention and control work.This shows that the whole process of tracking audit in bio-environmental engineering The research applied in China is in line with the major policies and guiding ideology advocated by the state,and also meets the needs of today's social development.However,since the bio-environmental engineering audit is a concept that has been proposed in the past two years,and the whole process of tracking audit has a short history in China,the application research of the whole process tracking audit in bio-environmental engineering is still in the stage of exploration.The corresponding standardized guidelines and regulations are naturally lacking.Therefore,auditors will face various problems when conducting bio-environmental engineering tracking audits.The most prominent problem is the auditors' main content of auditing at each stage.And the program is not well controlled,it is easy to cause deviations in audit results.However,with the further development of the follow-up audit of the whole process of bio-environmental engineering,this problem has become more and more prominent.It is becoming more and more urgent to standardize the auditing key content and procedures applied in the bio-environmental engineering project phase.Therefore,this paper studies the application of the whole process tracking audit in bio-environmental engineering,and expounds the key contents and procedures of the auditing in the preparation stage,design stage,bidding stage,implementation stage and completion settlement stage,and selects the A lake water.As a case study of this paper,the gourd pollution control project analyzes the key content and procedures of the whole process tracking audit applied in the stage of A lake water hyacinth pollution control project,and on this basis,puts forward the main problems in the application process.Finally,on the basis of theoretical research and case analysis,the measures to improve the follow-up audit of the whole process of bio-environmental engineering are put forward:perfecting laws and regulations and operational guidelines,strengthening the construction of internal control system,optimizing the organizational structure of the audit team,scientifically setting the audit scope and rational planning.Responsibilities between departmental agencies.This paper hopes that the specific research on the audit case of pollution control project of A lake water hyacinth can not only help to improve the theoretical system of tracking and auditing the whole process of bio-environmental engineering,but also help to promote the construction of China's ecological environment and fight for the ecological environment.Contribute a force.
