The control of bank risks is of great practical significance to the healthy development of the whole financial industry and even to the national economic stability of the whole country.China's banking industry faces three types of risks: credit risk,market risk and operational risk,among which employee behavior risk is an important part.The management and control of employee behavior risk has become the key factor to win in the fierce competition.In order to effectively control the risk of staff behavior,this paper only analysis and research on the issue from the perspective of internal control.In this paper,firstly,the concept of behavioral risk of bank employees and internal control of Banks is elaborated through literature research,and the relevant theories of the two studies are introduced.Then,through the author's investigation of bank A,X branch,the author analyzes the behavioral defects of bank A,X branch,and summarizes the behavioral risks and hidden dangers of employees in bank X and the problems existing in the bank's internal control.From the perspective of internal control,this paper analyzes the staff behavioral risk management of X branch,finds out the problems and difficulties in the staff behavioral risk management of bank A,X branch,expounds the advantages of the staff behavioral risk management based on internal control,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the staff behavioral risk management based on internal control.
