Research On Competitive Strategy Adjustment Of Attracting Investment In Lucheng District Based On Regional Marketing

Wenzhou is the Pioneer Area of China's private economic development and the frontier position of reform and opening-up,attracting investment plays a vital role in promoting Wenzhou's economic development,industrial optimization and upgrading,urban primacy,etc.Lucheng District,as Wenzhou's political,economic and cultural center,gathers more than 80%of Wenzhou's education.Education,medical,financial and other resources,it can be said that the economic development of Lucheng District is the epitome of the economic development of Wenzhou City,in recent years,attracting investment is playing a vital role in the economic development of Lucheng District.By December 2017,Lucheng District has attracted hundreds of millions of yuan of investment,involving finance,logistics,medical,commercial real estate and so on.Along with the battle of attracting investment in succession all over the country,the government lists investment attraction as "No.1 Project",which comes from Longwan District,Ouhai District,Taizhou,Lishui,even Hangzhou,Shanghai and other first-tier cities,and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce,so it is necessary to formulate a suitable competition strategy for attracting investment and promoting the development of Lucheng District.Important issues that need to be considered before.Reasonable and effective strategy of attracting investment can promote the economic growth of Lucheng District,ease the pressure of regional employment,make up for the shortage of construction funds,optimize the industrial structure,and realize the industrial cluster effect.Starting from the competitive strategy of attracting investment and investment in Lucheng District,based on the study of the relevant literature such as regional marketing and competitive strategy management of attracting investment and Michael Porter's "Five Forces Model",this paper constructs the "Five Forces Model" in the field of attracting investment in Lucheng District,refines the specific indicators of measuring the Five Forces,and then analyses the current situation and existing problems of the competitive strategy of attracting investment and investment in Lucheng District,with a view to setting up a better informed competitive strategy of attracting investment in Lucheng District,this paper puts forward that attracting investment in Lucheng District should choose the differential competitive strategy,and adjusts the competitive strategy from three aspects: product differentiation,channel differentiation and service differentiation.It also promotes the difference by deepening the pre-project planning,strengthening the construction of investment team and improving the construction of investment mechanism.The strategy of alienation competition is implemented effectively,so as to further enhance the competitiveness of Lucheng District and further boost the economic development of Lucheng District.
