Research On Attracting Investment Strategy Of CETSET Zone

At present,China's "one belt and one road" construction has been implemented in depth and achieved remarkable results.The construction of overseas processing and manufacturing park is an important component of "one belt and one road".For China,it will build a good platform for the enterprises to invest overseas,promote the enterprises to go to sea together,improve the overseas voice and the ability to resist risks,which will be conducive to economic and trade exchanges and people to people exchanges between China and other countries;for the countries in China,it will be conducive to regional industrial agglomeration,promote the technical upgrading of relevant industries in the country,solve employment,develop economy and people's livelihood,so many Developing countries welcome China to invest in overseas parks in this country.Attracting enterprise investment is one of the original intention of the construction of overseas processing and manufacturing park,and the quality of investment attraction is the key to the success or failure of the development of the park,so it is very meaningful to study the investment attraction strategy for the construction and development of overseas park.This paper takes cetset cooperation zone as an example to study the investment strategy.Firstly,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of current investment attraction and the environment faced by cetset cooperation zone through SWOT analysis.On this basis,this paper sums up the investment project positioning strategy of cetset cooperation zone into the industrial pool funnel method,and adds the analytic hierarchy process to it,which makes the method more instructive from the qualitative and quantitative perspective.Then,thepaper analyzes the introduction strategy of investment projects in cetset cooperation zone,and evaluates its investment effect by principal component analysis.The evaluation found that the overall investment attraction of cetset cooperation zone is in a rising development state,but it is greatly affected by external factors and unstable.In view of this situation,this paper puts forward suggestions on the optimization of the investment strategy of cetset cooperation zone and the guarantee measures for the development of the enterprises in the cooperation zone,so as to enhance the risk resistance ability of the investment and the development of the enterprises in the cooperation zone.
