Research On Grid Management Of Local Financial Risk In Liandu District Of Lishui City

In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,three major tasks have been clearly defined.Among them,preventing and resolving major risks has been put in a more important position,while preventing and resolving major risks focuses on preventing and controlling financial risks.In recent years,various types of financial industry,represented by Internet finance,have shown explosive growth.Illegal financial business has strong concealment.It is difficult for local governments to grasp the risk situation in the region in time,and local financial risks accumulate in large quantities.How to grasp the issue of territorial financial risk in time,strengthen the supervision and prevention of territorial financial risk,and resolve the risk in the budding state,local governments need to find new ways urgently.In March 2018,Zhejiang Provincial Finance Office and Provincial Comprehensive Management Office jointly issued the Notice on the Integration of Local Financial Risk Survey into Grid Management,which clearly promotes the grid management of local financial risk in the province.In the past year,Lishui Liandu District has made some achievements,but there are still many difficulties and shortcomings.This paper summarizes the experience and practice of local financial risk grid management in Liandu District of Lishui City at the theoretical level,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the practical level.After defining the core concepts of financial risk and local financial risk,financial supervision and local financial supervision,and grid management of local financial risk,this paper takes the grid management of local financial risk in Lishui City as the research object,and summarizes the local financial risk in Lishui City from three aspects: background,main practices and staged results by using research methods such as investigation and case analysis.In the development of grid management,it is found that there are some problems such as inadequate ability of grid staff to perform their functions,inadequate implementation of responsibilities of various departments,unclear financial support and so on.Five countermeasures are put forward accordingly.This study closely follows the public policy of central and Zhejiang provinces on financial risk prevention and the practice of grid management of local financial risk in Liandu District of Lishui City.It insists on the typicality of the research object,the representativeness of the data and the practicability of the conclusions,and strives to embody the practical significance of the countermeasures and suggestions so as to provide a replicable and popularizable experience for other regions to coordinate andpromote local financial risk management.
