Research On The Development Status,Influencing Factors And Supporting Policies Of Cross-border E-commerce Industry In Hangzhou

Cross-border e-commerce industry can stabilize economic development and promote the development of China's foreign trade industry,which is an important driver of economic development.It is of great significance to study the development of cross-border e-commerce industry,its influencing factors and how the government supports it.Through the evaluation of the development status of cross-border e-commerce industry in Hangzhou and the quantitative analysis of the influencing factors,we can understand more scientifically and comprehensively the related content of cross-border e-commerce development,and then put forward targeted support policies,which can provide policy support and reference for the 14th Five-Year Plan decision-making of Hangzhou Government,and provide reference for other provinces and municipalities.Based on the theory of competitive advantage and transaction cost,this paper studies the cross-border e-commerce industry,constructs the influencing factors model of the industry,carries out quantitative analysis,and analyses the influence of different influencing factors on the cross-border e-commerce industry.Accordingly,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures for the government of Hangzhou to support the cross-border e-commerce industry.Firstly,it analyses the current situation of cross-border e-commerce industry and evaluates its development status.Secondly,it builds the index model of influencing factors by using competitive advantage and transaction cost theory to form a theoretical analysis framework.Thirdly,according to the theoretical analysis framework,we make targeted questionnaires and carry out research online and offline.A total of 313 valid questionnaires are collected.Before the analysis,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested to ensure that the questionnaire was scientific and reasonable.Then the regression analysis method was used to verify the correlation between the seven factors and the development of cross-border e-commerce industry.Finally,on the basis of linear regression analysis,the basic path and mode of government support for cross-border e-commerce industry in Hangzhou are put forward scientifically,and the Countermeasures of government support for cross-border e-commerce industry in Hangzhou are put forward.Through the empirical analysis,we can see that seven factors,such as human resources,products,logistics,payment and so on,have a positive impact on the development of cross-border e-commerce industry.Therefore,the government should give targeted support policies,including speeding up the training of compound cross-border e-commerce talents,improving the quality supervision system of cross-border commodities,increasing the support of cross-border logistics government policies,and improving the supervision system of cross-border e-commerce market.
