| In recent years,more and more travel consumers have turned their eyes to villages that can appreciate the natural scenery and experience the local customs.As an accessory service industry for rural tourism,Bed and Breakfast(B&B)has ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity.However,the emerging industry of B&B lacks relevant regulation and guidance in the process of rapid development.It has gradually exposed problems such as serious homogenization and lack of experience,which cannot meet the needs of tourists for the special occupancy experience.At the same time,the theoretical research on the B&B is far behind the construction speed of the B&B.The academic research based on the architectural design of the B&B has serious shortcomings in both quantity and depth.Therefore,this study focuses on the new country B&B,trying to explore the characteristic construction strategy of the B&B building by analyzing its characteristic source,presentation and design principles.The content of the article is divided into four parts,and the topic is explained in six chapters.The main contents are as follows:Part Ⅰ: Research background.The first chapter of the article introduces the research background of this paper,and clarifies the research purpose and significance,research objects and research methods.At the same time,the research framework of this paper is constructed.Part Ⅱ: Basic research.The second chapter,the third chapter and the fourth chapter of the article focus on the basic research of the related content of the B&B and the architectural features.On this basis,we summarize the source,presentation and construction principles of the new country B&B building features.Part Ⅲ: Strategy Research.The fifth chapter of the article summarizes the characteristics of the new B&B building construction strategy,and demonstrates it by specific cases.Part Ⅳ: Conclusion.The sixth chapter of the article summarizes the full text and puts forward the prospect of the future design of the B&B. |
