The Research On Urban Characteristics From Cultural Geography View

Along with the rapid development of science and technology,information technology has greatly increased. The exchanges and integration of culture between the regions get the advanced production methods, and also caused considerable change in lifestyle, diversity,convergence, and the tendency of personality are the characteristics of the times. On this background,strong foreign culture deeply affect our cities, showing city with similar image,varied in different style. Town lost its own characteristics landscape. This paper analysis the city features and display from cultural geography theory.All this essay could be disparate five parts: The first part is the background and purpose of this research ; The second part was the theory reference part, mainly explains the related concepts, introduces the related research and basic theory; The third part is the theoretical framework of the essay; The fourth part is an empirical study, taking part in Renhuai of Guizhou province as an example; And the last part is the conclusion, summarizes the main research conclusion, find out the limitations and research existing shortage, and make a prospect for a follow-up study.
