Research On The Measurement And Path Of China's Agricultural Modernization Development Level

The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to build a well-off society in an all-round way in 2021.It is necessary to complete the task of building a socialist modern country in 2049.It is currently in the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Agricultural modernization is an inherent requirement for building a well-off society in an all-round way.An important step in building a socialist modernization power.Measuring the level of agricultural modernization can better grasp the current state of China's agricultural development and find a way to improve the level of China's agricultural modernization.According to the connotation of agricultural modernization and related theoretical research,13 indicators are selected from the four dimensions of agricultural input,agricultural output,rural economic development and agricultural sustainable development to construct a comprehensive measurement index system for agricultural modernization development level,using entropy method for Chinese agriculture.The level of modernization has been analyzed longitudinally and horizontally.The research shows that the level of China's agricultural modernization has increased at a steady rate between 2005 and 2017,but the four dimensions of agricultural modernization are very different in terms of growth rate.2017 Among the 13 major grain producing areas,the comprehensive development level of agricultural modernization is only 7 higher than the national average,and the shortcomings of different provinces in the development process are also different.In view of the problems found in the above research,the paper explores the path suitable for the current development of China's agricultural modernization.At this stage,China is suitable for the development model of both mechanization and technological innovation.The state can vigorously promote agricultural mechanization through various efforts.Improve the support of agricultural science and technology;China is suitable for the coordinated development model of agricultural modernization at present,and promote the coordinated development of agricultural production areas and the coordinated development of agriculture,farmers and rural areas through various channels;China is suitable for the sustainable development model of agriculture at this stage,and relevant departments should strengthen Cultivated land protection to reduce soil erosion,strengthen the construction of disaster reduction and prevention systems,and develop green agriculture.
