Agriculture, rural areas and peasants are the foundation for a country to develop and advance. They provide a fundamental source of power for economic development.Farmers are the inexhaustible motive force for maintaining the continuous production and creation of agricultural industries.Farmers' enthusiasm for production is good, and agricultural development is good.To enable farmers to maintain their high enthusiasm and increase their productivity, they must first solve the problem they are most concerned about-the income of farmers. At the beginning of reform and opening up,China adopted a policy of “priority development” and successfully achieved a rapid increase in the economic level, but it also caused a serious regional income gap.In addition, the characteristics of a large area and complex terrain add to the imbalance between regions.Under the combined effect of various factors, the imbalance of agricultural development has become increasingly prominent, which is mainly reflected in the difference in per capital income of farmers among regions. Therefore, raising the income level of farmers in various regions and resolving the problem of farmers' income gap is of great significance for improving farmers' enthusiasm for production and stable development of agriculture. This paper takes the phenomenon of differences in peasant income growth between regions as the starting point, determines the research theme, and uses literature research method, comparative analysis method and empirical research method to analyze the imbalance between farmers' income areas in vertical and horizontal directions.Find the key factors affecting the income of farmers in various regions, and propose countermeasures. The specific research ideas are as follows:The text is firstly the introduction part. This chapter introduces the research background, research significance, research methods and research contents, and summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad, providing a theoretical reference for the scope limitation of the later influencing factors, and also introduces the main contents of this paper.Innovations and deficiencies, including innovation from the status quo, problems, causes, evidence and countermeasures are all carried out in sub-regions,ensuring the consistency and pertinence of theoretical analysis and resultsrecommendations. The shortcoming is the lack of comprehensiveness of the data and the comprehensiveness of the selection of influencing factors. The second part focuses on the related concepts and theoretical foundations, explains the concept and classification of farmers' income, the regional differences of farmers' income, and the dual structure theory, demand elasticity theory and agriculture that may be used in subsequent research.Developmental theory, national income determination theory,"matching Clark law" and other related theories. The third part discusses the current situation, problems and causes of regional differences in farmers' income growth.Firstly, the status and characteristics of farmers' income since the reform and opening up in 1978 are introduced in stages. Then the whole country is divided into four regions: eastern, central, western and northeast. The quantitative analysis method is used to analyze the income level and structure of farmers in the four major regions of the country. The fourth part conducts a quantitative study on the factors affecting the regional differences of farmers' income.According to the data of fifteen years, the paper analyzes the corresponding factors and determines the income of farmers in different regions from the perspectives of location, economy and society. The factors and importance of growth, the empirical results found that farmers' income in different regions, the sensitivity and influence degree of the influencing factors are different. The fifth part is to propose corresponding countermeasures proposed by each region, and proposes to promote farmers' income increase according to the results of the empirical results. The eastern region should focus on its regional advantages, promote industrial integration, and use technology to support financial development;the central region should deepen land reform, accelerate technological innovation, and promote commodity trading;the western region needs to improve its informatization, strengthen marketization, and deepen agriculture reform;while the northeastern region should rationally plan arable land, ensure product quality, increase the level of urbanization, and expand farmers' income channels. The author will explore the theoretical basis and search for data indicators from the aspects of peasant concept, regional culture and poverty alleviation, and strive to make a comprehensive analysis of regional differences in farmers' income growth, providereference materials for the government to formulate rural regional economic development policies, and coordinate rural areas. The regional economy will achieve steady income growth for farmers in various regions.
