With the increasing number of retail chain supermarket stores and the expansion of store size,chain enterprises put forward higher requirements on the reasonable control of operating costs.In the network operation of chain supermarkets,the logistics cost of distribution center inventory and store distribution occupies an important proportion in the total operating cost.reducing the inventory cost and distribution cost of chain supermarkets is the key to improve enterprise profit.In the logistics network of chain supermarkets,the inventory cost of distribution center and the distribution cost of chain stores have the restriction relationship between each other.to optimize the inventory cost and distribution cost of chain supermarkets alone can not effectively reduce the total logistics cost of chain networks,so it is of great significance to study the collaborative optimization of inventory cost and distribution cost of chain supermarkets.Firstly,the paper summarizes the research status of inventory and distribution optimization of large retail chain supermarkets at home and abroad,analyzes the related cost components of inventory and distribution of large retail chain supermarkets,and establishes a collaborative optimization model of inventory and distribution based on single distribution center;Secondly,the paper analyzes the logistics network composed of multi-distribution centers and multi-chain stores,and gives the collaborative optimization method of inventory and distribution under the condition of multi-distribution centers,using the boundary point method to transform the multi-distribution center problem into multiple single distribution center problem for optimization.Then,the paper designs the model solving method and process based on iteration method and genetic algorithm,using iteration method to solve the optimal delivery quantity,using genetic algorithm to solve the optimal transportation scheme;Finally,the paper takes a large retail chain supermarket in Beijing as the background,designs a specific example of collaborative optimization of inventory and distribution,through the actual solution to verify the practical feasibility of the collaborative optimization model of inventory and distribution,can effectively reduce enterprise logistics costs.
