At present,most Chinese enterprises have their own performance appraisal system,but the result of performance appraisal is not very ideal due to the disconnection between the performance appraisal of most enterprises and their strategic goals.In addition,due to the lack of quantitative assessment indicators,the assessment content is not related to the actual work,which to some extent reduces the enthusiasm of employees and hinders the development of individuals and companies.While the key performance indicator assessment is strategy-oriented,which links the current goals of the enterprise with long-term strategies,enables the enterprise to effectively implement the performance assessment system,makes it more scientific,and promotes the achievement of the strategic goals of the enterprise.Based on ST company business administration department as the research object,with the specific strategic goals of ST company,according to the theory of performance appraisal and key performance appraisal theory,the balanced scorecard performance evaluation theory as the instruction,in business administration department by ST company,on the basis of the current performance appraisal system,combined with the corporate governance through the questionnaire investigation of ST company department performance evaluation index,existing in the current performance appraisal performance appraisal subject,objective feedback performance appraisal result and performance evaluation results incentive four issues,in-depth analysis and explanation.In accordance with the actual conditions of ST company corporate governance department performance evaluation,combining with related theory and enterprise strategic target,through performance appraisal team brainstorm design suitable for the business administration department key performance indicators,and USES the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine the weight of each index,optimization of ST companies corporate governance department performance appraisal system,solve the ST companies corporate governance department related problems in performance appraisal,to improve the performance of the business administration department level,improve the level of company's overall performance and achieve the strategic goals of the company.Finally,a series of safeguard measures are established from the three aspects of culture,system and salary to ensure the effective implementation of KPI performance assessment of ST corporate management department.Taking the business administration department of ST enterprise as an example,this paper systematically analyzes the existing performance appraisal problems of the business administration department,and conducts a specific study on the problems arising from the performance appraisal of the business administration department of ST company.Set up specific KPI performance assessment scale,KPI performance assessment implementation system and KPI performance assessment result application and feedback system,and optimized the performance assessment of ST corporate management department.In this paper,there are 3 pairs of figures,26 tables,and 37references.
