| With the promotion of the ’ Internet + tourism ’ model and the full liberalization of epidemic prevention and control,tourism consumption will occupy an increasingly important position in recreational life,and the development of tourism will return to the pre-epidemic level.Shanxi Province is a big province of cultural tourism resources,but not a strong province of cultural tourism.Therefore,this paper excavates the online reviews of popular scenic spots in Shanxi Province,constructs the evaluation system of tourism destinations,quantifies the comprehensive scores of popular scenic spots in Shanxi Province,and understands the potential needs of tourists and the characteristics of popular scenic spots.This paper integrates the online review data of Shanxi ’s major popular scenic spots on the three major domestic tourism information platforms,and transforms online reviews into structured data that can be input as LDA model through data preprocessing.The LDA model is used to mine the potential topics of online reviews,and the topics are refined and named according to the keywords under each topic.The relatively objective evaluation indicators of tourism destinations are obtained,and the topic scores of each indicator are calculated,so as to realize the comprehensive evaluation of the ten popular scenic spots in Shanxi Province.At the same time,the satisfaction of popular scenic spots in Shanxi is dynamically analyzed,and the annual change trend of negative comments in scenic spots and the proportion of positive comments in each scenic spot are analyzed.Finally,according to the research,several feasible suggestions are put forward to improve the satisfaction of scenic spots.The innovation of this paper lies in: the comprehensive evaluation index of tourism destination is extracted based on LDA topic modeling.The LDA topic model is used to extract the characteristics and emotional attitudes of tourists from online reviews,and a relatively objective comprehensive evaluation system of scenic spots is constructed.To a certain extent,it solves the problem that the index selection of the evaluation system is too subjective,and has certain feasibility.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Shanxi tourism resources are mainly based on human landscape.Based on the LDA model,this paper extracts the theme and changes the practice of quantifying the scores of scenic spots with universal indicators in the past.The constructed tourism destination evaluation system includes nine indicators: scenic spot maintenance,play experience,human history perception,supporting facilities,fame attention,playable projects,consumption experience,service perception and characteristic value experience.Among them,fame attention,supporting facilities and service perception have the largest weight.(2)Shanxi tourism resources are mainly based on human landscape.According to the comprehensive scores of the major scenic spots,the Hanging Temple ranks first,followed by the Wang Family Courtyard and the Yungang Grottoes,and the Wutai Mountain has the lowest comprehensive score.(3)In the dynamic sentiment analysis of scenic spots,it is found that ’ ticket ’,’ management ’ and ’ service ’ are mentioned in the negative high-frequency words in the past five years,which can be used as the direction of subsequent optimization of tourist experience.The proportion of favorable comments in various grades of scenic spots is seriously polarized,and the favorable rate of 4A scenic spots is generally higher than that of 5A;the cultural and historical scenic spots in the popular scenic spots in Shanxi are ranked higher than the natural scenic spots. |
