Research On Optimization Of Working Capital Management Of Lanzhou C Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd Under Channel Integration

Working capital management is one of the three major financial management work,which is juxtaposed with long-term investment management and long-term fund-raising management.It has attracted more and more attention from academia and practitioners.This also makes us realize that the company’s working capital management has an increasingly important position.But nowadays,with the continuous changes of economy,competition and market environment,the traditional single-asset-based operating capital management model has been unable to adapt to the new changes.The company must combine the business process of the company or the specific operation of the supply chain with the perspective of channel integration,so as to further improve the efficiency of operating capital management in an all-round way.Based on the theory of channel integration and working capital management,this paper chooses the related operation of working capital of C Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Starting from the four aspects of procurement channel,production channel,marketing channel and financing channel of C Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,this paper focuses on the problems and causes of working capital management.Combining with the concept of channel integration,through research,it is found that the turnover period of working capital in purchasing channel of C Pharmaceutical Company fluctuates greatly,but the overall development is good.It shows that the company is striving to optimize the upstream supply chain and reduce excessive current assets occupied by raw materials.The working capital turnover period of production channels is stable and low,indicating that the optimization of production process is still relatively slow.The working capital turnover period of marketing channels is relatively stable,but at the same time its data are gradually rising,which can reflect the management of working capital in the marketing sector of the company.In fact,the quality is good.The long turnover period of operating funds indicates that the financial activities of C Pharmaceutical Company take up too much wasted operating funds and use efficiency is lower.Therefore,in view of the problems and the reasons behind these problems of C Pharmaceutical Company,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of renewing ideas,formulating appropriate management system and policies,strengthening the cooperation between financial management channels and other channels,improving channel relationship construction and extending the industrial chain.On the one hand,it enriches the relevant theory,on the other hand,it can provide reference and guidance for C Pharmaceutical Company and other companies.
