Research On The Management Of Working Capital Of ML Household Appliances Company Based On Value Chain

Working capital is the heart of enterprise development,but also throughout the blood of the enterprise from beginning to end.In this era of vigorous economic development,the lack of cash flow is the biggest blow to SMEs.Therefore,for large listed companies,how to enhance the working capital turnover efficiency of enterprises has become the focus of attention of each group.At present,as a new management theory,the value chain also collides with different sparks in the combination of working capital management.Its combination not only breaks the tradition in the way of management and the focus of analysis,but also integrates the working capital in the whole value chain system of the enterprise,so as to maximize the value of the enterprise.This paper uses case study method,taking ML Electrical Appliance Group Co.,Ltd.as a case enterprise,and combines the value chain management concept to analyze and discuss its working capital management.This paper is divided into six chapters: the first two chapters are introduction and basic theory,which introduce the background and theoretical basis of this topic.Chapter 3 analyses the current situation and existing problems of ML company's working capital management and analyses the existing problems of ML appliance from the perspective of internal value chain and external value chain.Chapter IV is based on the internal and external value chain of ML Group on working capital management optimization program design.The fifth chapter is based on the previous chapter and puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures,in order to guarantee the optimization of ML electrical appliances operating capital management.Chapter VI is a summary of the full text,which explains the context and viewpoints of the full text again,and makes a prospect for future research.
