Study Analysis Of Internal Control Of Inventory In Pharmaceutical Companies

At present,China's internal control system is still in its infancy.Although many enterprises have established corresponding internal control systems,in the actual implementation process,internal control is often in the form due to large system defects and inadequate implementation.Past internal control research has always used inventory as part of the procurement cycle,and few have considered inventory as an independent and responsible block for research.The main features of pharmaceutical company procurement are high concentration and a single source of raw materials.Through the research on the internal control of the inventory of pharmaceutical companies,it can help improve the management of drug efficacy in pharmaceutical companies,reduce the capital occupancy rate of pharmaceutical companies,and improve the quality of drugs and cost control.At the same time,the internal control of drugs in similar pharmaceutical companies can also play a certain inspiration.Therefore,establishing an internal control system for inventory management that conforms to the modern corporate governance structure is of great practical significance for pharmaceutical companies.Based on the above considerations,this paper uses the case study method,taking W pharmaceutical company as an example.Based on the research on the internal control status of inventory,it is found through analysis that W company has many problems in the internal control of inventory: such as raw material source is too single,contract There are loopholes in management,lack of demonstration of procurement plans,ineffectiveness of the warehousing system,and internal control over the form.Therefore,in order to strengthen the company's internal control of inventory,this paper puts forward suggestions such as strengthening the overall internal control awareness,improving the procurement level of raw materials,standardizing the method of contract custody,improving the level of drug custody,strengthening the control of requisition and delivery,and improving the internal control supervision mechanism.This paper hopes to help W Pharmaceuticals effectively reduce inventory costs,ensure timely supply of raw materials,improve production and operationefficiency,and provide useful experience for similar pharmaceutical companies.
