In recent years,financial fraud and internal control of listed companies have been occurring at home and abroad,and internal control has again become the focus of theoretical and practical research.It may be because the research on internal control started late in China and its development speed is not as fast as that in developed countries,but it has its own research results today.With the continuous improvement of the enterprise internal management system,our government has issued a series of internal control laws and regulations,including the basic norms of enterprise internal control,enterprise internal control audit and other relevant rules and regulations,in combination with the market situation and the actual needs of enterprises.I believe that China's internal control will get rapid development and improvement.I during the period of firm,has carried on the audit work,to a pharmaceutical company found its inventory internal control a lot of problems,these problems may be indirect or direct led to significantly influence the interests of the enterprise development and things,to solve these problems to study the inventory internal control,and optimization scheme and safeguard measures are put forward.The writing and research of this paper can be divided into the following three stages: first,it analyzes the characteristics of the production and operation of QH Pharmaceutical Company,and tries to build a comprehensive evaluation model of internal control in line with the inventory requirements of QH pharmaceutical company by combining the internal and external environment and development strategy of the company;Secondly,by constructing the internal control evaluation system of QH Pharmaceutical company's inventory,relevant data analysis was carried out,trying to obtain the score of each element of the five elements of QH pharmaceutical company's internal control and the comprehensive score of QH pharmaceutical company's internal control.Thirdly,through the evaluation,the existing problems of QH medical company were found out,so as to put forward targeted optimization Suggestions and safeguard measures to protect the internal inventory control of QH medical company.In this paper,a comprehensive evaluation model was constructed for QH Pharmaceutical Company by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Firstly,an objective evaluation of the internal inventory control of QH pharmaceutical company as a whole was realized,which was conducive to the external stakeholders to understand the management status of QH pharmaceutical company.Secondly,through the evaluation of each link of the inventory,it helps the managers to have a more significant judgment on the deficiencies of the enterprise system,and can formulate optimization measures for the existing deficiencies,so as to improve the internal inventory control system of QH Pharmaceutical Company.On this basis,it is beneficial to give full play to the role of internal control in reducing enterprise risks,improve the level of enterprise operation and management,and lay a foundation for realizing the strategic business objectives of QH Pharmaceutical Company.QH Pharmaceutical Company is a typical representative enterprise in the local pharmaceutical industry.The comprehensive evaluation model of internal control and the optimization Suggestions established in this paper are intended to provide reference for other enterprises in the pharmaceutical industry.
