Innovation is the first driving force of development,and the innovation of enterprises comes from the creative ideas of employees.Since the theory of creativity was put forward,it has not only been the focus of scholars 'researches,but also the core of enterprises' concern.Since the 18th anniversary of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward the importance of innovation more than once,emphasizing the importance of innovation in China.The important position of innovation determines the direction that scholars pursue tirelessly.Career is the key to shape the individual.The way for enterprises to cultivate business and management talents is mainly through job rotation.Scholars have conducted in-depth studies on the value of job rotation,and have shown that job rotation may have an important relationship with employee creativity.Based on the theory of career construction and creativity component,this paper explores the possible relationship between job rotation and employee creativity,expands and enriches the value of job rotation,and provides a reference for further research.Job rotation is an important way for enterprises to spontaneously enrich employees 'professional experience.Job rotation enables employees to access all-round knowledge in the field,provides employees with a multi-perspective perspective,improves employees' professional adaptability and reduces job burnout.The accumulation of knowledge in the field,the rapid cultivation of professional competence,and the motivation of creative problem solving can be gained through job rotation.Job rotation may improve the level of creativity of employees,and job rotation may have different values in different types of jobs.Therefore,this paper establishes a theoretical model of job rotation and employee creativity.The results show that there is a positive relationship between job rotation frequency and individual creativity,that is,the higher the job rotation frequency,thehigher the level of individual creativity.The results also show that the relationship between job rotation magnitude and individual creativity is positive.The higher the job rotation magnitude is,the stronger the individual is stimulated,and the more the role of job rotation is stimulated.In addition,skill diversity in job characteristics can negatively regulate the relationship between job rotation frequency and creativity,that is,the positive relationship between job rotation frequency and individual creativity will be weakened when the current job skill diversity requirements are high.To cultivate high creative level employees is the embodiment of the core competitiveness of enterprises,which can make enterprises invincible.Enterprises can cultivate creative employees by reducing barriers between posts and encouraging job rotation,so as to make enterprises glow with vitality.In addition,enterprises should set up a more scientific job rotation system to ensure the difference between rotating posts.Finally,enterprises should take into account the characteristics of the post,and set up reasonable staff training plan according to the characteristics of the post.
