In recent years,with the rapid increase in the number of financial holding companies and the tightening of financial supervision,financial holding companies that were originally in a regulatory vacuum have received increasing attention.Financial holding companies at the provincial level have been established,but the comparison shows that the financial holding companies in various provinces have different business financial services,large differences in asset scales,and uneven contribution to the local economy,and “integration of financial resources to better support local areas”.There is a certain gap in the goal of the economy.Investment strategy is an important part of the financial strategy,and the investment business is the main business of financial holding companies.This paper studies the financial holding company's investment strategy,aiming at improving the strategic management ability of financial holding companies,promoting their stable operation,development and growth,enhancing their economic contribution capabilities,and effectively strengthening and expanding the government's investment and financing platform functions,and promoting financial holding companies' better services.Local economic development is more conducive to providing reference for the standardized and refined development of financial holding company investment business.This paper selects A financial holding company as the case study object,based on the audit report data of the company headquarters and the top ten investment business units from 2013 to 2017,calculates the EVA value of the company headquarters and the top ten investment business units,and analyzes the value.Coupling with the company's overall strategy;and constructing the financial strategy matrix of the company's headquarters and the top ten investment business units,analyzing the coupling degree between the life cycle of each business unit and the company's investment strategy;combining the company's investment business status,investing in the company The strategic issues have been diagnosed.The company's investment strategy issues include: the formulation of investment strategies,lack of overall planning and layout;the implementation of investment strategies cannot be combined with other financial strategies;the evaluation of investment strategies does not use value.Management evaluation criteria;management aspects of investment projects,focusing on early stage delivery and light post management.Subsequently,it made an in-depth analysis of the company's investment strategy objectives,internal and external environment,and the formulation principles of investment strategy,and proposed the company's investment strategy optimization design framework,and formulated the existing ten major investment business unit dynamic adjustment strategies and post-investment management optimization.The strategy has established two major implementation plans for obtaining traditional financial licenses and setting up a listed capital operation platform.Finally,from the perspectives of cooperation with financing strategy,cooperation with fund management strategy and cooperation with cost management strategy,the relevant supporting support strategies are proposed;from the perspectives of organizational guarantee,process guarantee and research support,for investment strategy The implementation gave full support.This research is beneficial to apply the theory of financial strategy management to the financial investment company's investment strategy management,which is of great value to the company's own management,and also provides reference for other provinces' financial holding companies in formulating investment strategies.
