Research On Informatization Construction Of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives In Shanwei Area

The development of agriculture is rooted in the countryside and the main body is the farmer.Practice shows that specialized farmers cooperatives play an important role in the economic and social development of rural areas.It has gradually become an effective organizational carrier to guide farmers to increase production and income,improve farmers 'scientific and technological level,Prosper rural society and culture,and realize the connection between farmers and the market.To promote rural informatization construction,the informatization of farmers 'specialized cooperatives is the forerunner,the only way to realize the adjustment and upgrading of rural industrial structure and realize the modernization of agriculture,and it is also an objective requirement for the industrialization and marketization of agriculture.With the large-scale development of farmers 'professional cooperatives and the emergence of cooperatives,the traditional management methods and service methods can no longer simply meet the requirements of farmers' professional cooperatives in the construction,management and service of farmers 'professional cooperatives.Informatization is an important means to realize the leap-forward development of farmers' professional cooperatives.At the same time,as a cooperative organization established by farmers 'spontaneous combination,farmers can better mobilize their enthusiasm for production and organize farmers more effectively.In this sense,farmers' professional cooperatives have become an important carrier for improving rural information construction.Therefore,this study focuses on the perspective of information construction of farmers 'professional cooperatives.Taking Shanwei area as an example,through field visits and surveys,we hope to understand the current situation of information construction of farmers' professional cooperatives in Shanwei area in detail,and summarize the results and good experience obtained in the information process.It is found that there are problems in the information construction of farmers specialized cooperatives in Shanwei area and put forward corresponding development suggestions.Through the specific research,it is found that the information coverage rate of farmers specialized cooperatives in Shanwei area is high,and a relatively complete information service platform is established.However,the actual application level is relatively low.The main problem lies in the weak foundation and insufficient investment of the cooperatives.There are few informatization training for the cooperative,member farmer,and the member informatization application ability is poor.The member informatization consciousness is more shallow;The application of information technology is limited.The team and quality of information personnel need to be strengthened;The level of government support is still not commensurate with the rapidly growing size of cooperatives;Insufficient participation of social forces.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from members 'enlightenment education,technical support,talent introduction and cultivation,government support and fund raising,and hopes to enlighten and guide the information construction of farmers specialized cooperatives in Shanwei area to some extent.
