The Financial Support Research Of Xiamen’s Airport Economy Development Under "The Belt And Road" Background

In recent years,the rapid development of the aviation industry has greatly promoted the development of the airport economy.Local governments have recognized the huge economic role of the airport economy,also regard it as a new promoter of regional economic growth by developing airport economic zone actively.Although the airport economy plays effective role in promoting the development of the local regional economy,local governments should also pay attentions to the local macroeconomic conditions and micro-foundation in the process of developing the airport economy.They should fully consider their regional resources by scientific analysis and adequate research.We must not blindly pursue economies of scale and short-term benefits for preventing the adverse affect on the healthy development of local regional economies.The research of financial supports for airport economic zone of Xiamen includes:analysis of development of airport economy current situation,model of airport economy development,analysis of financial support effects on Xiamen’s airport economy and suggestions on Xiamen’s airport economy.The article firstly points out the meaning of research of Xiamen’s airport economy under "Belt and Road" based on curren.t situation of Xiamen’s airport economy development.Then through studying airport economy theory and understanding development strategy and planing,the article analyzes the current situation of financial support for Xiamen’s airport economy development and brings out questions on current period.Secondly,the article introduces 5 internationally renowned development model of the airport economy,then compares and an alyzes the structural characteristic and development advantages of well-known airport economic zone for Xiamen for building up the foundation of analysis of Xiamen’s airport economy development.On analyzing the financial support effects on Xiamen’s airport economy development,the article analyzes the relationship of financial support and regional economy development for setting up the financial support measurements of bank,trust,security and platform of investment and financing,then get all factors’ weight through AHP.Based on the results of analyzing questionnaire by MATLAB,the article analyzes the restrict factors for Xiamen’s airport economy development.Finally,this paper believes that the strategic adjustment of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China and the development of the Xiamen Aviation Port Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone provide Xiamen’s airport economy obvious advantages.But it also faces shortcomings such as imbalanced supply and demand of fund and weak industries.The article offers some proposals for financial supports for Xiamen’s airport economy development under"Belt and Road" background from studying and summarizing international successful airport economy development models based on regional and location advantages of Xiamen.
