In recent years,with the continuous development of the economy,China’s food industry is also developing rapidly,the output value of food industry in 2015 accounted for the proportion of the total industrial output value reached 9.44%,the food industry occupies a pivotal position in the industry.At the same time,the Chinese food industry plays an important role in solving the problem of labor employment,especially in rural surplus labor employment,and the number of jobs created by 2015 is as high as 7.3691 million.With the increase of income level,the topic of food consumption and food industry has been paid more and more attention.Because food consumption is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of agriculture and food processing industry,this paper focuses on the study of food consumption demand from a variety of perspectives The historical evolution and development trend.Research food consumption needs can have multiple perspectives.On the food consumption needs,the domestic from a safe,high-quality point of view to have a lot of research,mainly on the consumer demand for various types of food quantitative analysis,and from a variety of perspectives to study food consumer demand is still insufficient,and on The study of the dynamic change process of food consumption structure is not deep enough.Therefore,this article will be more diverse from a variety of angles to study the dynamic changes in food consumption process.This paper is based on the research of Chinese consumers,assuming that consumer food consumption behavior is a dynamic change process,that is,when consumer income is at a low level,poverty-based consumer behavior dominates consumer food diversity Consumer behavior,and with the growth of income,when consumer income is at a high level,the rich consumer behavior gradually began to dominate.Therefore,this paper assumes that consumer food consumption behavior is a mixed behavior:poverty and wealthy consumer behavior,and through the use of limited hybrid model FMM(Finite Mixture Models)model to describe the consumer food consumption of consumer behavior of the phased changes And then use the Count index,Berry index and Entropy index to measure the diversity of food,so as to analyze the demand of food consumption in our country,discuss the factors that affect the demand of food divers,and discuss the different income levels of consumers Food consumption tendency changes,analysis of China’s consumer food consumption diversity of the composition of the stage and the transformation of the node for the development of China’s food industry to provide some empirical evidence and scientific advice.An empirical analysis of 11821 household food consumption using the CHNS microanalysis data(1989-2011)shows that income growth is a non-linear relationship with food consumption and has different degrees of impact at different stages;Consumer food diversity needs of the transition level of the cut-off level of per capita 8699 yuan per year,in addition,the average number of meals per day on the diversity of food demand has a significant positive impact;responsible for the age of domestic workers,The labor intensity has a significant negative impact on the index.Based on the results of the above study,this paper provides several simple policy recommendations.First,optimize the agricultural production structure,promote the diversification of agricultural products;Secondly,optimize the internal structure of the food industry to promote the diversification of food processing industry development;once again increase the income of residents,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas;Finally,strengthen government regulation to ensure food safety supply.
