An Analysis Of Regional Economical Diversity And Its Influencing Factors In Jiangsu Province

This article is built upon the imbalance of the regional economical development in Jiangsu province, the author aims at the existent shortage in the research to this problem, canvasses the change of the diversity from two aspects that are output and income, validates the applicability of"regional diversity change contra theory"and Kuznets inverse"U"theory, further more, analyses the source of the diversity through decompounding the whole diversity and measures the inner difference of each district in the province. On second thoughts, the author refers to New Classic Growth Theory, adopts increase regress analytical method to verify the economical astringency in Jiangsu province, which will expounds the change of the difference dynamically. Finally, continuing to use Cobb-Douglas production function form and Panel Data Analysis, the author gets the influencing factors to regional economical diversity and brings forward corresponding methods in order to reduce diversity and harmonize economical development in Jiangsu province.Through above-mentioned analysis, we get conclusion as follows: The regional economical diversity in Jiangsu province presents fluctuant rise and the diversity in output is more distinct than that in income, the"regional diversity change contra theory"doesn't be the same with the circumstance of Jiangsu province, the relation between income diversity and economic situation is still on the ascending phase of inverse"U", that's the income diversity will go on enlarging along with the economical development. In the diversity of output, difference among south, middle part and north area plays the most important part, incity difference is in the next place, difference among cities in each part plays the most feeble role; The imbalance of the second industry is the main fact to regional economical diversity in Jiangsu province all along, the third industry is placed in the middle centre, the first industry plays a role to counterpoise the diversity although it is very faint, the irrationality of industrial configuration and the dimensional distributing disequilibrium of each industry are the primary causation to enlarge regional economical diversity. The diversity between urban and rural causes the income diversity mainly and the difference in rural area is more distinct than urban area. What is more, non isochronous development of regional economical growth accelerates the regional economical diversity to be wider. Economical initial state, technical progressional rate and economical extraversion have obvious obverse action to economical growth rate in the mutative course of regional economical diversity, regional financial payout ratio plays negative role, material and manpower investment ratio don't have clear effect.The innovation of this research incarnates hereinafter: the author makes systemic and meticulous investigation about regional economical diversity in Jiangsu province using some indexes and their resolvability, fractionizing object to prefectural districts, reveals the mutative trend combining static and dynamic analytical method, moreover, finds the main influencing factors.
